Future Success

LEAF is an after-school program by Live Again Ministries for local at-risk teens, offering academic and social support. Started in 2017 and relaunched in January 2022 after a pause due to Covid-19, TRIBE receives students through referrals from schools, family, churches, and the court system. Our curriculum focuses on values like humility, forgiveness, empathy, optimism, and gratitude to help students understand their emotions, appreciate their past, plan for the future, and share their inner beauty.

How does it work?

Students are transported from school to a central venue where they receive a meal, academic assistance, emotional support, and engage in a curriculum designed to impart essential life skills. This program equips them with the tools necessary for self-improvement and personal empowerment.

get involved

1. SERVE TEEN ALONGSIDE US

We rely on volunteers to maintain a 4 adult to 1 student ratio. They also ensure meals are provided at every meeting for teens and staff. This is an awesome opportunity to get involved with the youth in your own community and really make a difference!

2. GIVE FINANCIALLY

As a non-profit ministry, funding is imperative in our ability to serve these teens. You can make a donation through Live Again earmarked for LEAF. Any amount helps make a difference!

3. BECOME A PRAYER PARTNER

We greatly appreciate prayer partners as we work with teens who truly need the hope of Christ shown in their lives. These students endure incredibly difficult circumstances and it’s our mission to help them overcome that and find their identity in their Creator.

If you have questions, would like to volunteer, or want to know how to give, please contact Thomas at 704-438-1236.
